What is a Service Exchange?


It is a pre-owned unit that is stripped down, hygienically cleaned, re-built, parts replaced if required, blades sharpened, cleaned and reset and fully tested.  Sometimes Service Exchange products have slight cosmetic blemishes that do not impact their performance.


Is my clipper/trimmer good enough to exchange?


Products for Service Exchange must be in a complete, clean, undamaged condition. Wahl (UK) Limited has the right to refuse any damaged units.

Please Note: Due to the discontinuation of the Bellissima, Chromstyle (B), and Switchblade, we are unable to offer a Service Exchange facility for these products.


What do I need to send?

Include your name, address and telephone contact details and ensure your clipper or trimmer is securely packaged. If you have pre-paid for your Service Exchange, please ensure your payment reference is clearly stated. Alternatively, telephone or cheque payment will be required before the exchange will be completed.
